After 15 successful years, the shop at Hurstville was sold and a few years later, Westfield approached the Katsidis brothers to operate a store at North Rocks, now known as North Rocks Shopping Centre. The brothers accepted and KB Chickens North Rocks started trading in November 2002. By then, their children had become involved in operating the business and Lazaros’ son Ross, is now at the helm.

The KB Chickens North Rocks team works tirelessly to ensure our customers enjoy the high-quality products our brand is renowned for. It’s been almost 20 years, and we would like to acknowledge and thank our dedicated and loyal staff who have become family.
